Privacy Policy

Effective: August 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Score Digital LLC(“Borrowly,” “we,” “us”), operator of borrowly.us, collects, uses, and shares information about you. Borrowly is a marketing and lead-generation service — we are not a lender, bank, loan broker, or an agent of any lender or broker. We do not make loans, do not make credit decisions, and do not take the final loan application — the lender does. We collect the information you provide and share it with our lending and marketing partners so they can contact you and present offers.

1. Information we collect

When you use our form, we collect the information you give us:

  • Contact and identifying information — your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (street, city, state, and ZIP).
  • Loan request details — the loan amount you request, loan purpose, how quickly you need funds, whether you rent or own your home, your estimated credit score range, your employment status, and whether you are paid by direct deposit.
  • Technical data — device, browser, IP address, and usage collected via cookies and analytics, plus a third-party consent certificate (TrustedForm) that documents your form submission.
  • Contact info you volunteer — for example, if you email us a question or a privacy request.

Borrowly does not collect your Social Security number, date of birth, or income amount. If you choose to continue, the lending partner collects that information on the partner’s own website. Borrowly does not perform credit checks.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to connect you with lending and marketing partners, to operate and improve the site, to present relevant offers, to measure attribution, and to respond to your inquiries. See our Electronic Communications notice.

3. How we share your information — including “sale” and “sharing”

We share, forward, and sell the information you provide — including your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and loan request details — to our lending and marketing partners, including lenders, loan brokers, and lead buyers who purchase consumer inquiries, so they can contact you and present loan offers. We may redirect you to a partner’s own website to continue. When we forward or sell your information, we are paid a marketing or lead fee by the recipient.Because we collect and share your phone number, by providing it and consenting you agree to be contacted by Borrowly and its lending and marketing partners — including by autodialer, automated technology, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text — even if your number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out. Under California and other state privacy laws, this sharing of personal information with partners — along with our use of cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising — is treated as a “sale” or “sharing.” You can opt out — see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Our lending and marketing partners are described on our Partners page.

4. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of sale/sharing and certain profiling. Submit a request via this page or email connect@scorehq.co. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal: when your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of the personal information associated with that browser session.

We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, generally by confirming information you have already provided to us. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask the agent for proof of authorization. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law, and where a request is denied you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

5. Financial information

Because Borrowly does not collect your Social Security number, income, account numbers, or other nonpublic personal financial information, we do not provide a financial-institution privacy notice for that data. Any such information is collected by the third-party partner on its own website, under that partner’s privacy notice. Because we do not collect nonpublic personal financial information as defined by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), we do not provide a separate GLBA financial-privacy notice; the lending partner that collects such information is responsible for providing any notice required for it.

6. Data security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the limited information we handle against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage preferences through our cookie banner and your browser settings.

8. Children’s privacy

The service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date here.
